UVC Bulbs

UVC bulbs or Ultra Violet Clarifying lamps should be changed once a year to maintain clear, algae and bacteria free water in your garden pond. Pond owners typically do this in the spring time.

PondH20 provides replacement bulbs for the most common Hozelock filters and matched them to our replacement germicidal PLS, TUV, UVC (ultra violet).

5 watt bulb: Bioforce 2000uvc, Bioforce 3000 UVC, EasyClear 3in1 Filter, EasyClear 3000. 9 watt bulb: Bioforce 4500uvc, EasyClear 6000, Vorton UVC 4500, Vorton UVC 18000. 11 watt bulb: Bioforce 8000 UVC, Bioforce 9000, Vorton UVC 9000, Vorton UVC 14000, Vorton UVC 27000. 13 watt bulb: Bioforce 12000 UVC, EasyClear 9000. Germicidal Tubes – T5, T8 & T10 diameters.

Germicidal UVC Compact Fluorescent’s – PLS & PLL in varying wattage. All Quartz Glass construction to give good light penetration into the greenwater. UVC lights are UV germicidal bulbs that emit very short ultraviolet wavelengths.
